Return Policy

In order to ensure proper hygiene, all items are FINAL SALE. If there is a mistake with your order or you receive a damaged item, please reach out right away and I will be happy to help.

Shipping Policy

It is my highest priority to fulfill orders promptly. It is not uncommon for an order to ship the same day it is placed. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and 5-14 days for international delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. It is of the utmost importance that you use the correct email address at checkout in order to receive all order updates.

All shipping costs incur a nominal packaging fee. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Promptly fulfilling your order is my highest priority, therefore, it is highly unlikely I will be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

My order is marked as delivered but I did not receive it.

Please review your address and check for any typos. Please check with all housemates and neighbors to confirm no one receive the parcel on your behalf. If you have done all of the above, please open a dispute with your local courier.

If you have concerns about safely receiving your package, please leave a note at checkout to request signature delivery.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
