Some of you may remember me promoting these at the start of my store launching. The lashes (lash fibre) itself, has not been compromised. However when they arrived to me, all of the trays were scratched and few even with cracks. I was not willing to put my name to trays that were anything but perfect, which still is the case to this day! And I then inevitably invested in black lashes from a different source because packaging is just as important to me as the quality. (Xclusive SUPER Matte aka XSM trays which are slightly more matte than these and upgraded to cardboard box packaging - you’ll see these on a separate listing!)
